I withdraw my amount through Payoneer. $2 fee for any amount you get from CS. Than transferred to my bank account with no additional fee.

In order to withdraw money from Skrill, I was asked to upload an ID government document, as well as a photo of myself holding my ID document. I don't feel Ok uploading my ID. What do you think? :D

Skrill is a payment processor and they are considered a legal and registered money transmitter in all US states, so it's just as safe sa sending your information to PayPal, etc. Due to tight regulations they are required to validate your identity in order to comply as a legitimate and recognize payment processor abiding by regulations.
