me, from india, according to forum for cashout minimum balance $20 in payoneer. I get the symbol of cashout. after clicking on payoneer,' you maintain minimum balance of $50 for utilizing this feature'.
I am not understanding this , Please anybody can clarify me?

You can transfer through Clixsense as from $20,00 to your Payoneer account, however you need to have in your Payoneer account a minimum of $50,00 to transfer to your bank account or whatever.
