I am Amarnath, New To clixsense

I started surveys but i am not success in all, especially one ISurvey Panel is suffering me to complete, always it is showing me SEATUS : BAD REQUEST: i just want to know why this is happening to me ?

Can anyone help me on ho to get referrals and clixsense tips and tricks if there are any
