Your Figure Eight account is deactivated. Please contact accountreview@figure-eight.com if you are interested in reactivating your account. I am getting this error and not able to task from yesterday, can anyone help regarding this, as much I know there are a lot of Indians who are getting this error

I am also facing same problem and i contacted with figure eight. they replied you have done unfair task and it is our zero tolerance policy against it. so they can not reactivate my account.

On 21st of january, my figure eight account is also deactivated.i already filled three tickets but still no response from their side.
Aap m se Kisi ka account reactivate hua ????

Give them a proper reason .... And insure them not to repeat any mistake. By this means they probably reactivate your account.

Bhai. 20 jan ko mera account deactivate hua tha lekin ab tk reopen ni hua. 3-4 tickets file kr chuka hu lekin koi response ni aara.. kya kru bhai

My account was deactivated due to proxy.. Accidently i used vpn software , so i explained them what was actually happened at that time. I did not use vpn intentially. This was just a mistake.
First ask them reason then do reply on same ticket and elaborate accounding to the reason.
