Just something I'm curious about...

It's anonymous obviously, so no judgement here.

When I was young visiting my grandparents I found multiple £1 and £2 coins in the grass not far from their house, in separate places.... to this day I'm not sure why there were so many or how they got there then one day I lost a £10 note while travelling to meet a friend. Life has its way, huh?

I would kind of hope that if someone did see me drop it they would notify me, but if the role was reversed I know I'd have a devil on my one shoulder and an angel on the other. :?

You can't change your vote, so choose wisely. ;)

I can honestly say if I knew who the money belonged to, I would return the money.
Maybe I would get a reward or at least a nice thank you.

However, if I found a SACK of money and I did not know who it belonged to, I can
honestly say, I would NOT take it to the police station. I'd quietly sit on it to see if
news comes forward and if not, shopping I would go.

Years ago I lost 3 $20 bills I had folded together in my pocket
and later I found I had lost them. I placed an ad in the local paper
and included the area where I thought I had lost them.
3 days later this young man knocked on my door and told
me he had found some money in that area. I prescribed
the bills and how they were folded. He handed me the bills
and refused to to take the $20 I offered him. I tried hard
but he said his mother had thought him different.
One reason I would do the same now. :)

I think it would be the same for most people if they were to find a sack full of money. :D

Wow, what an awesome guy for bringing them back to you like that. :)

Not sure I would have had the same thing happen with my £10 note though. As I was in town that day I'm willing to bet it was spent in a nearby store within the hour. :?

You find money all the time huh? Well damn, it's time to relocate then.

Pocket it and then buy the next homeless person you see a hot drink and a meal with it? ;) I'd like to think that's what I'd do anyway.

In that case, I'll purchase a wig.

So how will I get my bonus, cash or bank transfer?
