Is that because they're too busy preparing a blanket fort / den with all those blankets, they forget to send out any surveys?

Frozen surveys, closed surveys, off quota surveys, technical errors, we are all veterans now, move on to the next

Basically this whole survey business is like being in a casino and playing the slots! Some days you get good hits, other days nothing. Only difference here is that you don't lose money - only your sanity
Of course this is not CS's fault, but as long as the bad days don't over power the good ones.. The only disturbing trend is that year by year reversals is on the rise, though it is still within very reasonable ratios. Imagine if you play in a casino and win a jackpot, and 1 year later you get a call from the casino asking for the money back.

Would be nice if governments proceed to a reversal of taxes they have "taken" from us, that surplus that was never used.
