if i remember correctly Skrill allows you to buy ECurrency with nyour skrill balance, or you can send your skrill balance to neteller ( they charge 3% commision ) and buy ECurrency there too

i noticed skrill allows u to convert to bitcoin no one has mentioned if its able to withdraw crypto currency from there to an external wallet outside skrill not skrill to skrill
