I am assuming you mean YourSurveys quality score, it allegedly means you can receive more opportunities, but in reality there is no guarantee of anything, it depends on available inventory and your profile, so it is just a theory. My quality score with YS is above 222, I must say it is one of the best routers by far, do I notice more surveys or anything different, I am not sure, though I do get a few invites from them daily, and it is not uncommon for me to complete a few surveys from them in a single day, I don't know that the quality score gives anything significant. The quality score is more about your standing - if it is too low, you are kicked out from the panel and blocked from YS, if you maintain a good score you continue receiving invites, perhaps the amount more might be negligible but it's still better than nothing. YS pay rate is the most competitive.
Sometimes I think they use RNG to determine pay rate, I thought initially that the higher pay means longer or more difficult surveys but apparently not, I've done a few of those $2+ surveys on YS that were under 5 minutes and had a few questions about food consumption, ad, comparing logos and opinions on new product, even had a 5 question survey on coffee for $2.00+
One thing to remember about YS, they have a new fairer system now - every survey you complete you earn +1 points, but this individual +1 point is valid for 89 days after which it will expire and be deducted back. If your survey is rejected (reversal) you will get anywhere between -5 to more depending on severity, that too expires after 89d - the minimum quality score if you are inactive, will be 100, after which it cannot go down on its own. BUT it can still go below 100 if you receive violation warnings or reversals - those also expire after 89d, after which you will get your points back.
So if you are active and keep attempting YS and complete them, you can maintain a good score and a good "cushion" to help for unfortunate reversals though in my experience YS is the best router, and the amount of reversals are the smallest, probably best of all routers - in fact not all reversals from YS will get deducted from your balance, most of the time it will be points deduction now, but they CAN if you get too many too frequently block you regardless of score.
Also other routers have an internal (quality score) invisible to you, routers track your quality performance all the time, most do not display it, but if you go below thresholds they will block you on their end. YS to be really bad in the beginning, bad support and surveys but since they restructured, their support and system is much better now, and the survey inventory of better quality compared to others.
UPDATE just checked my history I was 222, and now I am 208, as all the +1 points I had expired their 3 months life cycle.
