Maybe you remember my post about it last year , since I did try first time I never used real cigarettes again , not to mention that I use only 5 herbal now , ...... saving , well over 6000.00 a year

Oh I quit smoking years ago. I am like an alcoholic when it comes to
cigarettes. I don't smoke but I did for many years so every now and
then I get a brief moment of craving a cigarette.

Man.. every saturday morning I run about 8.10 km in 46 mins and my app says that I burned 643 calories...
Just imagine how much of an effort would be needed to burn all these calories....

I remember as kids we would buy those chocolate cigarettes.
Can never seem to find them anymore. Never got to like the
real ones.

Well I hope you do not have diabetes, it's one thing to say you won't live another 100 years and have nothing to lose, but actually you do - some people manage to live long enough and in horrible situations (severe complications from diabetes, amputated limbs, blindness, etc) where they wish they were dead instead.

Oh and BTW, yeah Toblerone is good indeed, it's fun to crack open each triangle before you eat them, at least you do some exercise firsthand, perhaps you burn 0.25 calories per each triangle and 1 bar, I think it is over 250g, maybe 350g.
