Skrill criminals?

Locked

#1 by Mikael_L » Thu May 02, 2019 06:07

I´ve got 10 bux in my Skrill account.
I tried to withdraw to my bank account, a service they claim is free of charge.

This is how it goes:

I try to withdraw my 10 dollars
The fee they demand for this is 6 dollars, this leaves four bux for me
The minimum withdrawal amount is five dollars.

Are these people retarded or criminals?

1. It's a good idea to read and if you have questions, to contact them. It would make
sense to have a larger amount to withdraw before you submit a withdraw.

2. The word 'retarded' in America is considered a vulgar word. I have a BS degree
in Rehabilitation and I for one, do not appreciate the use of that word. People with
mental disabilities do not appreciate the use of that word.

3. If you do not want to use Skrill as your payment option, don't use it.

Skrill is very expencive, 6.50 if you want to withdraw to your bank, and i also got an email from them a few months back stateing there will be a 5 dollar service charge per month if i don´t use or log in at least once a month. now thats very corrupt when they can just take money from your bank, And also for some reason i´m unable to log into Skrill from my laptop, just my phone. They say that my Ip address is blocked and to use another device, I´m ready to Cancel my account. I use Payoneer, they only charge 2 dollars and zero for bank transfers, But you need to have a minium of 50 dollars to withdral.

Skrill is a horrible payment procsesor by its site, design and support - However it is the most popular processors for people in Europe. I honestly never could understand how PTC managed to use Skrill with such high rates but for some it was not a matter of choice. Skrill is not meant for small transactions . As far as their fees, definitely a rip-off, as far as banking, it depends on what relationships they have with your bank - bank WIRING is the most expensive of them all, because the issuing bank charges wire fees + any intermediary banks + your receiving bank, whereas some payment processors deal with banking partners which allow DIRECT transfers. For Payoneer for example, it is $0 fees for me from my bank, because I have the DIRECT to bank option, however, those who do not have that option must use WIRE, so in that case you'd pay a fee at the base + your bank's receiving fee, which I believe here is $15, regardless of amount, it is a fixed rate. If Skrill had a direct option to your bank, there is no reason for them to charge that high. If you have other options to use with lower fees use them, Skrill should be a last resort, and is definitely not meant for small amounts. As far as Payoneer, to me it is the best alternative since PayPal - fee is FIXED at $2, and is ideal if your bank is supported through DIRECT transfer and not just wire, and yes $50 is minimum withdrawal for bank - which is not easy for some members here who do not have access to good tasks or surveys. In my case I cash out from here once monthly, I earn a low 3 figures, but lately since the decline of surveys and all routers going bad, I will fall down to 2 figures so it might be more difficult, yet Payoneer is the only alternative I can use for me.

I guess Skrill wants BIG money - they are widely used on gambling sites and high profile sites where big money is involved, yet they are also a licensed money transmitter, they are big league, so unfortunately they could not care of low volume and low value of transactions, their customer support is simply horrible, you are just a number to them, they do not want your $10, they have people moving hundreds, thousands, + + +, sad reality. BTW, ANY payment processor you deal with, which does not support DIRECT banking and only sends through WIRE, WILL ding you with fees, those are the fees they pay to their own issuing banks on top of added fees of their own - the biggest crooks here is banks and 3rd party providers - Remember the big money crisis of 2008, this was all caused by BANKS, the biggest PONZI SCHEME world wide where CRIMINALS enriched themselves over poverty through fees and through selling loans which they knew could never be repaid in 6 lifetimes. Whilst the fees are a rip-off (Skrill), if it is written somewhere in fine print or large print and if you are informed beforehand, then it is not criminal - they can be just a greedy and absolutely horrible processor, without necessarily being criminals - the best way to legally rob people is one of two things, a) become a banker b) become a politician - that's how the money wheel works and that is free money enterprise, which in theory, if I had a candy store and charged you $100 for a 12 cent piece of candy, would I be a criminal even though the price is clearly displayed ? Nope, welcome to free enterprise - fueled by corporate greed.

That fee per month for inactivity is also a rip-off, but since you are informed about this beforehand, nothing illegal about it - the banks do that all the f****** time - In the past, long ago, my bank for example waived monthly fees on a minimum balance, a bank that is in several hundreds of millions in profits year after f****** year, YET since years ago they decided to gauge more and eliminate this waiving of fees regardless of balance, and charge several dollars monthly whether you use your bank account or not - does all this money in gauging of fees benefit the end user ? NOPE, it is used to pay one of the 200 CEOs or VPs their bonus, to enrich shareholders and to keep the ponzi scheme alive. You DO know right that if every bank account holder went to the counter to withdraw their money, that banks would collapse ? Yet it's legal, and yet even at a hint of suspicion of a ponzi scheme the SEC gets involved and shuts you down and takes (STEALS) your money. Look at all the poor Payza members, the legit ones, did they get their money back, NOPE, it's all taken by the government.

Maybe there is more to Skrill's high fees, maybe they want high profile users and not PTC / GPT users - and since it is the payment processor of choice for gamblers, who are ruining their lives spending money on sh** casinos online, they are taking advantage by charging big fees knowing that the sharks who mostly use that processor can afford it, if they can afford to spend $100,000 on a poker table, t hey won't complain for a $6 fees for withdrawal.

My best advice, stay far away from Skrill unless you have absolutely no choice.

PayPal was the BEST option, but unfortunately, Charges Scofield, the PONZI SCHEME enabler is the one who DESTROYED PTC and caused PayPal to get into hot water with the feds over that sh** of a scheme called Traffic Monsoon, so no more PayPal for PTC, even the legit ones.

In any case it won't matter soon as we will get paid in rice, beans, and precious metal as more payment processor close in the future, who knows.
