I just received my payment in Skrill but when I tried to transfer the amount I am short of 5 cents.

Does all kinds of job include or only those jobs which effects the global accuracy?

All jobs count for that last level requirement ---> "Something else is preventing..." message. It doesn't matter if they are included or not in level stats.

Even though a job doesn't count for GA (Not Included In Level Stats), which means that your performance in that job won't be considered as: Job completed, test question answered or for your accuracy rate, it will affect in a positive or negative way depending on if you are expelled or not from it.
