I created a help ticket but that is now closed without a solution

BUT when I am clicking option at clixsense to cashout, I am not getting options like amazon.in, flipkart, bigbazaar, etc. I dont want visa card, I want gift card.

please reply.

Tango card reward catalog shows option like flipkart & amazon.in but on the options page on clixsense I dont get these options, someone please answers my doubts:
1. what happens when I cash out by tango
2. how much time it takes
3. what are the charges(by tango)
