The ads you receive are dependent upon the advertiser. If someone purchases a $0.02 ad you will see it. If they don't you won't. Clixsense has no control over this.

As blink4u wrote in post before the best thing is to upgrade your account to Premium. It will payout inside a year, believe me, just by clicking ads. The thing is that you need 17$ for Premium account. But if you seriously think to do tasks, offers...Premium is really nice addition to your account.

The poster asked for some good advice - not how to go broke.

Well In my opinion, the advice given was good. Take for example the fact that I just renewed my premium membership on January 7, which obviously cost me $17.00. My earnings for this month already stand at $29.25 which gives me back my investment plus $12.25 profit. (Actually, I had earned my membership fee back by January 10).
Does that sound like going broke to you?

Today I just passed $100.00 in tasks and collected my second bonus. Also, as I mentioned in another post, I just renewed my premium membership on Jan. 2, 2015. Thanks to this bonus, I am already less than $2.00 away from recovering my investment.

Update on today's success story:
After buying premium this morning I was left with a $0.39 balance. Since then I have earned $4.02 plus a $1.23 daily bonus. That means that I have already recouped about 75% of my upgrade cost within a few hours. Hopefully this is a precursor for what to expect for the coming year.!

Well, here it is, January 2015. This is the first day of my third year as an upgraded member. I thought for a while that I would have to be a standard member for a few days, as I didn't have $17.00 in my account. As of Dec. 30 I believe I stood at around $12.00. My premium expired on Jan 1. But luck was on my side. I won $0.25 a day or so ago on clix grid and yesterday I finally was able to do some surveys. Throw in a few tasks and an $0.85 bonus and my account was at$16.32 this morning. So I added $1.00 from my Pay pal account and here I am, Premium without a gap! I,m writing this for those standard members, both new and old who aren't sure if they should upgrade or not. Hopefully after reading this post you will come to the conclusion that if someone pays the fee each year for three years, it must be worth doing!
