Sometimes they take a while to reply, but I think I have sent in about 100 tickets (LOL) and I got a reply to all. But, about 20 of them was just replied to about a week ago and they was from about 6 months ago I think. However, they did also say they was trying to make improvements on the reply systems.

No I wish we could PM. You can contact the support, send in a ticket, ask them to give your info (name & e-mail addy) to the MOD you want to contact though. Hope this helps.
