Just change your PP password to a much better one ( 12-16 random characters long, that you alone know; the longer the better ) and visit the PP main site and drop a line to their staff
Legit or not, that was one 'nasty' scare... err, prank

First thing that came on my mind when I saw the number was Wow!
That is absolutely fantastic and enormous ammount of offers TasMail. These are hours and hours of work. 30000 is the number that I can`t even start to imagine. You really are a persistent hardworker.
Wish you many more in the future and stay beautiful as always!

Anyway, it'd be clear when you talk to them tomorrow if any fraudulent activities were initiated.
Anyway, to be on the safer side, make sure to use an unique & complex password for the PayPal a/c & change it periodically (anti-keyloggers can help).
Also a good idea is to use a separate email account that is only used for PayPal and is completely unknown (and impossible to know) to anybody else.
Preventing unauthorized access to a/c. is the key.
