VALENTINE'S DAY » Post #17

It'll never happen though obviously, so not to worry it'll be back around again in no time.

No rush on it but lets not do away with it otherwise I might not exist!

The problem is the news media more than anything else.

I don't know of any kids shooting in the schools until the
first was reported and then it was like dominos. That's the
way it is. Spread the word and doom abounds.

Alex Jones is all about making money for himself and he will stir the pot any way
he can to make the dollar.

You need to stop calling people names and putting people down simply because
they don't agree with you or simply because you feel like it.

Sure, there is a lot of bad stuff going on in the world, people realize it. That's a
big reason why we have schools in the world, to educate people so they can make
the world a better place.

Ok, time to close this topic because we're not allowed to discuss other programs
here and you have posted the name. Even so, it's all over, been over for years,
and that is that.

Well, I did. I told Eric $1,000 and he sent whats his name reply in which he
said 'i thought id get more than that' or something closely similar to what he
said. And that was that.

I don't care and I didn't care then either. I figured if he wanted to sell it, I'd
buy it but obviously he didn't want to sell it. He never replied again after that
and I wasn't about to offer more for it anyway. I hadn't viewed the inner works
of the script so that is all I was going to offer.

You know I almost dropped out of it because after I enrolled and sent the info
out about it, he called me and cussed me out on the phone. I knew
right then something was not on the up and up with that guy. I was signing
people up one after the other bam bam bam bam and the guy calls me and
cusses me out for that! Even after he realized I was real and the
people signing up was real, I still considered pulling everyone out because I
just never saw anyone act like that before.

Later, he told me that he had no intention of have the program full of marketers.
Well if he had no intention of that, why did he charge a monthly fee and why did
he have an mlm script/downline structure!

Confusing fellow.

Any way, this is ClixSense and no point in discussing that here or anywhere else
because that is over and that is that. I can say, that program would have certainly
flew like the wind, especially during this time frame!

Fast Food Wars Prices is happening in USA? » Post #20

It never does any good to raise the minimum wage. It's almost a joke.

They usually say the minimum wage will go up slowly over the course of a few years.
That gives the employers time to restructure and revamp. In the mean time, while
the small business owner closes down and other mom and pop joints let employees
go, prices go on the rise every where.

So don't be fooled. It's one of those things that initially sound good but it always
bites you on the.....you know where, before you know it.

I do know what you mean.

To be perfectly frank about the show, I can't think off hand, any of the actors that I like
or even think are great actors. Also, I don't even like looking at the zombies or the gore.

I'm not even sure what I like about it. I don't like watching bloody gore movies. I don't
care anything about looking at the zombies. Even several of the actors in the show, I wish
would get bit by a zombie so they won't be in the show any more.

I can't stand the boy that plays Andrew Lincoln's son in the show. I hate the hat he wears
and the character personality he plays is just so turn offish to me.

So what is it that attracts me to the show? Maybe it's simply that I started watching it
from day one and the story line has kept me interested. The survival mode over an
ongoing virus in which there seems to be no cure, probably holds some of my interest.

A lot of the talk in the show is just so silly and cheesy.

I guess I just keep hoping that someone like Jed Cooper (Clint Eastwood in Hang Em High)
will come into the show and let everyone know how ridiculous they all are.

LOL Well.

I did offer him a grand for the script years ago and all he said was 'I thought I'd get more than that for it'.

I didn't communicate with him personally. It was thru his buddy......and that guy is in my Facebook, I just
can't recall his name at the moment.

Too bad about that guy as obviously he had some talent.

When you have land, you have prosperity, whether anyone wants it or not.
Think about it.

Human will lose their jobs due by robot? » Post #30

Sat Feb 13, 2016 22:57 in General Talk

It's an interesting topic and I think its one that most of us here, may not ever know the answer.

I'd like to think that robots will never be first place in the world because they are only as smart
as people make them to be. Unfortunately, when it gets right down to it, people are not the least
bit smart.

If people were smart, there wouldn't be the argument there is in this topic. If people were smart,
there wouldn't be cussing and name calling. If people were smart, there wouldn't be racism, starvation,
child abuse, murder, and so on.

People are animals. When it gets right down to it, many animals outside of the human race, have
more morality and compassion than people.

In regards to over-population, lack of resources/food, I don't think that is the case and I don't think
it ever has been the case and I don't think it will ever be the case. There is a lot of land out there, an
enormous amount. There is tons of resources and with science, there are more and more ways being
invented to turn the non consumable, into consumables. The problem I see in this arena is simply
all the work involved in order to provide these resources to the needy. But it is happening, there is
help being provided and hopefully some day, humans will stomp out starvation.

Even if we dramatically reduce disease, there is most probable always going to be natural disasters.
I don't see over population of humans, ever happening. I don't think the world will last long enough
for it to be over populated with humans.

I guess it all depends on how much money you
have and how much money you don't mind losing.

I've always believed the best and closest to no risk
investment is in real estate and primarily in land.

That's what I did.

Banks can fail. Insurance companies can go under.
Stock markets can crash.

Think in terms of what you can't lose and what will
most probable go up in price over time.

It doesn't make any difference if you are self sustainable and teach your children to be
the same.

Buy cast iron, canvas, and vegetable seeds and you'll be fine.
