wreck. They would had me a big crock pot some times and I would take
it to a local restaurant that would fill it with food. Some times it was bean
soup, some times barbecue, etc.
You might be surprised some of the places that will deliver enough food
to last you several days and without you needing to cook it. Just reheat.
I am sure there is meals on wheels in your area. You should look into that.
It was always served once a day when I worked there and we would deliver
too. Cost was $0. The meals were large enough to be a full supper. Usually
some kind of meat or fish, two or more vegetables, bread/roll, and drink
such as milk and tea plus cake or fruit.
