I'm blown away! I worked on a survey a couple of days ago when I lost a connection to the server. I was really bummed out because I had spent about 20-25 minutes on it (I don't really remember exactly how long). It wasn't a disqualification...simply a bad connection to the server.

Well, moments ago, I clicked on the invitation to an OpinioNetwork survey. It brought me to a page telling me that I had started a survey but didn't complete it. I clicked 'Next' and re-entered the survey. I recognized the survey as the one that lost the connection. I answered one question and BOOM! - survey done! OK, so it was only $0.50, but I'm not complaining!

Pretty pleased with today's results. 5 cycles of Radio Loyalty, 3 successful surveys, 9 cycles of VideoLab, 11 PTCs, and the bonus. Not too bad.

I don't understand what is a big deal is with ClixSense dropping the PTCs and with PayPal dropping ClixSense... Sure, any change in a routine can cause some negative emotions but all change doesn't have to be negative change.

There are a couple of apps/sites that I have been using that have never offered PTC. Earnings come from things including:

1. Search - On one, every 4th unique, valid search comes with a reward. On another, the reward comes with a random count - anywhere between 3 and 7 (in my experience) searches.
2. Survey - yeah, no surprise, there... Success is random but can be huge
3. Video - various sources of video similar to nCrave. Rewards range from 1-12 'points' or 'bucks' or 'fill-in-the-blank' per view.
4. Daily Poll - not a big earner, but at least it keeps your account active.
5. ...and more - depending on the app/site in question

My point is that ClixSense can do quite well for me (and you!) without PTC and ClixGrid being offered.

That sucks. However, I need to support the 'upgrade,' because I always get at least 4 clicks worth $0.01 due to the upgrade and there are at least 2 additional $0.001 clicks that rounds out the 6 that I need to qualify for the bonus.

Prior to the 'collapse' of the association between PayPal and PTC sites, I had a pending payment of $30+ from ClixSense. I didn't want there to be any risk of that cash getting 'lost' en route to PayPal, so I canceled it and decided to switch it to a check payment.

Today, I received an email from ClixSense regarding that switch...
