Reason for all changes on cashouts is old way was not working. They were having end cutoff time earlier and earlier and it was taking longer and longer on day to pay. New way will be loved long term if people give it chance. Its more fair as if missed cut off time had to wait week until next pay day. Now it does not matter unless asking for checks and most us know to request as soon as possibility and keep adding to it as checks only mailed once a month if miss it be long wait until next chance.
