Little yellow pill. Mother's little helper?

I'm sorry, not sure I'm following...

It's in the lyrics to an old song by Jefferson Airplane called "White Rabbit"

Actually, no - that's not correct....
It's from the song "Mother's Little Helper" by the Rolling Stones, written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards.

(portion of lyrics)
“Kids are different today, I hear every mother say
Mother needs something today to calm her down
And though she's not really ill, there's a little yellow pill
She goes running for the shelter of a mother's little helper
And it helps her on her way, gets her through her busy day.

Mothers Little Helper Rolling Stones (w/ lyrics) - YouTube

I stand corrected.
White Rabbit was about Alice but not the yellow pill.
I stand by my statement, though, that the original comment reminded me of "White Rabbit" :D

Jefferson Airplane -White Rabbit

Oh great, I hadn't thought of copying/pastying to see if it made any sense to me.
Thanks for clarifying!

For some reason when you mentioned Alice, that song was the first thing that pooped into my head. I hadn't thought of that song in ages.

and thanks to the government, I still have most of it.

It saddens me that the Williams sisters lost in the first round of doubles.

At least they still have a shot at singles tennis.
