Where is Admin?

My neighbor logged in her ySense account after two months. Her account was not logged in then he contacted customer care team and they told that her account has been deleted. However, according to the Term of service, if an account is not logged in for one year, then it will be deleted.

Valerie they deleted my neighbor account with 531 dollars. She is the one of big promotors from when ysense was clixsense,hope this is not just a strategy to delete the peoples with hight number of referrals and balance.

My topic closed without answer from Admin.

I think they don't think it's worth solving this problem.
