Just instruct your brother to create a free paypal account sa paypal.com para naman maverify ang account niya. Kung gusto niya na Eon, dapat may TIN card siya. Yun po kasi ang nirerequired ng Unionbank to get an Eon Card.

Kung gumagamit ka po ng Proxy/VPN/VPS. You should stop using it. Kung hindi ka naman gumagamit. You should report this to Clixsense by creating a Ticket sa Clixsense Helpdesk..

Ok lang po mag-login at magclick sa cafe pero parang hindi naman practical kung laging sa cafe ka maglolog-in kasi mahal ang rent.. As long as you are not cheating on Clixsense.. Wala naman magiging problema ang account mo.. If ever na magkaroon naman, you can report naman sa Clixsense thru support ticket anytime para macheck nila account mo..
