- Slow driving or wrong route in order to increase the fare
- Driver or Car problems, rude behavior, bad smell, drunk drivers, weed...
- Very Aggressive Customers/Drivers
- Customers that make silly or fake complaints in order to get a refund
- Speeding
- Accidents
+ others
by seeing all that problems, from my point of view, it's clearly that Uber has more problems than Taxi services, so if I would need to go somewhere and the only options were Uber and Taxi, I will clearly prefer a Taxi...

Really, David. Gees!
I grew up in Chicago land. I took the bus for 20 cents every where I went.
I also took the subway trains.
In addition, taxi's were a huge part of life up there. My grandmother for
years and years and years had a taxi come to the house and take her to
work and when her shift was over, she had a taxi take her home.
One time Mickey Rooney gave us a ride home by taxi when after we finished
shopping down town. I was just a kid and was sitting on the little pop seat
and I said 'You look like Mickey Rooney'. Turns out, he was. Was getting
hands on experience for some acting role he was doing.
So all those years, guess what? We never died by the hands of a taxi driver.
Just so you know, taxi drivers must complete applications and have spotless records.
