I have never tried advertising on ptc sites yet but are there chances of increase signups? I mean how they will register through your ad if they are already a member of that ptc site and how non-members will click your ads if they are not registered on that site?

I experienced advertising on social network sites such as facebook and it emptied my cc credit limit. lol.
