My sponsor never contacted me but I contact him. I got in touch with him couple of times for the past years. Guess he's inactive or busy with other things cause I see his latest blog is dated April2008

deempal- unless you know your referrals personally, there really isn't a way to encourage them once they have joined. But you can "speak" to them via your welcome box (located in the affiliate section on your ClixSense home page, under referrals)
It is here you can suggest the benefits of downloading the toolbar, checking in on the site a few times each day, the benefits of upgrading, attracting referrals and even giving them an email where they can contact you directly.

I agree. Personal message box should also be a Splash Page that will come out everytime the user logs in. That would be a nice feature.
