Let me try: Have you updated your browser/s? So far Firefox is now v23.0.1 ( not sure with Chrome, since there's a development update that was given, so I have no idea of the new version number )
*To check if your browser ( Firefox ) is up-to-date, click on the orange tab on the upper-left, then from the drop-down menu hover over the
Help then click on
About Firefox -- click on the
Check for Updates to begin
Make sure that when the browser has completed the check and is giving you a prompt to restart your browser, please do log out from all your online accounts safely first. Once that's done, then click on the
Restart Browser -- depending on how big the update will be done ( since some users never use the manual update ) and depending on how many add-ons / plug-ins were installed into their Firefox browser, it make take a few seconds to a few minutes to secure the update. Once the browser appears, check the version as in the steps earlier
*
Now that the browser is updated, time to check if your Flash is up-to-date -- to check if the add-ons and plug-ins are up-to-date on your Firefox browser, press at the same time the keys:
CTRL+SHIFT+A -- this will open the Add-ons menu system -- from here, click on the Plug-ins option
To date,
Adobe Flash should be
v11.8.800.94 ( stable update, though there should be other update available ) -- so see if you can download the update at the main publisher's site ( which is Adobe ) or you can get the installers at any of your favorite downloading hubs -- a bit of a tip: most of these updaters are online installers, which means you'll need internet access to make the update, but Adobe has an offline installer ( somewhere, I forgot the steps to get there, so sorry )
Make sure when you do update the Adobe Flash plug-in, make sure to get both the IE and the Non-IE plug-ins; the Non-IE plug-in is for basically for any browser ( Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc ) -- you'll need both
Once these are updated and installed safely, close your browser first, then run CCleaner -- make sure to clean everything up, then run CCleaner's Registry clean feature to make sure to remove any leftovers from the uninstall process -- once that's completed, start your browser and continue surfing
Angdaming steps, no?
Hopefully updating it may help
