Were you using a router / modem? I'll guess you were -- since I didn't get an answer from that; there are issues about members having this when they were using Modems/ routers -- Try to turn off your modem for a few minutes -- let your system reset the IP address -- then try again
If that doesn't work, have you installed any programs that may have masked your location? Any add-ons (
if Firefox ) that change your location? If Chrome, there seems to be an issue with that since some members have noticed that using Chrome marks them by CF ( I've yet to validate this entirely though )
Either way, once you exhausted these options -- try to seek assistance from the ClixSense HelpDesk
Submit a HelpDesk Ticket
Make sure to create the inquiry in English, then once you submitted a Ticket -- just wait for the Staff to reply
