I must agree with kvinod's observation -- I figure your gear ( PC / laptop ) has some corruption issues, but in terms specifically I have no Idea ( but you mentioned memory management on your observation, so a guess would be a lack of memory, or a damaged RAM -- either one needs checking and inspection ).

Two options at most: (1) it would be best to try to go for a fresh re-install of Windows ( that is, if you were able to create a recovery disk for it, but if not (2) you may have to visit your technical support / distributor to have it fixed -- and knowing a trip to a repair one's gear means you'll be spending )

Aside from that, if by any chance you plan to visit a technician -- ask for a physical check-up of your gear, and see if there's some parts that need cleaning / replacing -- like a malfunctioning fan can cause some issues to the parts, thus leading to the dreaded BSOD ( a.k.a. Blue Screen Of Death )

Also, there seems no need to disable any Win7 drivers -- just a quick tech support checkup is in order
