*sigh* On a good note, Firefox automatically disables old versions of JAVA* ( as long you're using the up-to-date version ) and with the right add-ons can prevent JAVA from running ( like NoScripts ) and tells the user to get a new up-to-date version

 To know if your Firefox Plugins are up-to-date -- Firefox Web Browser — Plugin Check & Updates

For those who like to check out this issue, Firefox has a Blog you can browse on: Mozilla Security Blog

Spot on !

They wanted the car - or maybe they were lost and wanted to ask for directions

Scenario:

Guy in car is lost, drives around in circles

Guy sees Girl across the street corner, drives over to greet the Girl

Girl sees Guy

Girl sees car

Guy gets out of car, asks for directions

Girl points, says there is a police officer at corner, just walk there

Guy thanks Girl, goes on ahead on foot

...

Guy returns, happy knowing directions -- goes back to thank Girl

Girl not anymore at the corner

Car not anymore at the corner

( *figures* ) Hope nobody get's insulted for this gag

Need help selling a desktop computer online » Post #8

I'd agree with proadco -- perhaps a quick search off the Web may have results of places in your area/neighborhood that may sponsor yard sales, where you can join in ( like a flea market ); other options may be to check out electronic shops that may have need of spare parts, perhaps you can sell the desktop there
