Just one more thing to add -- remember that this feature should not be abused; if a member had placed a -1 on a fellow poster but does so without due reason, can be reprimanded ( that is, the one who gave the -1 rating )

ex: Poster A rates Poster B with a -1 for no apparent reason or proof

Unless there was a reason to give Poster B a -1 rating ( like Poster B has been spamming the other Forum sections with a personal promotional link, or offering links to download, or basically starting a flame war ) then the rating is justifiable -- especially when a Moderator ( or Mod for short ) gave the rating
