Yes, most definitely -- since ClixGrid is based on luck and chance, it's not choosing what status of the member ( Standard or Premium ) wins.

When I was a Standard user back then, I was able to win $2.50 ( the second highest prize ) by good chance

Just keep clicking; whether as a pattern, randomly or go willy-nilly ( bahala na sa diyos, kung baga ) -- who knows, you'd be getting the surprise ( no matter the value the ClixGrid prize is ) quite soon
