Remember that having two AV's in one's gear can conflict each other -- good to hear you've updated Spyware Blaster, and the AS ( Anti-Spyware ) is good
If by any chance you get the last straw -- an online scan will be recommendable; there are many sites that offer online scanning and removals -- sites like these will ask you to install their assisting program into your gear, and will commence on downloading the needed files to check your gear; depending on one's internet connection, it'll take 'a while' (
figuratively saying "a lot of minutes" )
Once the site's assist program is installed into your gear and is up and running, just leave it to it's work -- once more, depending on the size of your HD, it'll be (
once more ) 'quite a while'
Here's a list of such online scanners I found that could help ( Sorry I couldn't provide the links, but a quick copy-paste onto your favorite search engine will give the intended result ) -- Just pick one, and let it do the dirty work
If nothing was found with the first, go the next one
ESET Online Scanner -- works with IE / Firefox -- scans and removes
Trend Micro Housecall -- works with IE / Firefox -- scans and removes
BitDefender Online Scanner -- works with IE only -- scans and removes
Once the scan and cleaning process is complete, uninstall the assist program from your gear afterwards and run CCleaner to clear out anything left
