Depende na yun sa Statistical Measures ng CF ( CrowdFlower ) -- they decide ( not ClixSense, since ClixSense has no control or right over the Tasks -- ClixSense serves as a platform for CrowdFlower for Tasks Distribution ) how the Badges are distributed by the member's overall accuracy, not by individual Task accuracy; kung consistent ang Accuracy Rating mo ( at least above 80-90 on most Tasks accomplished )

Basta focus ka na lang sa isang bagay: be very accurate, and keep improving your accuracy rates when you get to work on any Tasks -- bale-wala kung maraming Tasks nakagawa ng isang member, pero karamihan ng mga na-submit na sagot ay mali, at ang masama ay di kayang i-defend/escalate ang reasons na tama ang mga sagot na napili

Konting pang pasensya't kailangan -- most Tasks, like ads, ay nakadepende sa mga advertisers/Task creators, so kung kailangan ng Advertiser ng mga users with this Badge Level, sa kanila magiging available ang Task na yun

The best advice is just refresh from time to time, because random ang pag-appear ng mga Tasks na pang Zero Badges, at pag available na sya -- it's first come-first serve ( kagaya ng mga ibang Tasks, may user quota sila ) -- it's not just Pinoys getting Tasks: you are looking at a huge global attendance -- that means anyone who's online regardless where they are ( like I said, "first come-first served" )

And, pag nasa loob ka na at nakakagawa ng Tasks -- keep it as accurate as possible -- hindi sa bilis at santong paspasan; the more you keep your accuracy rates high, the better the chance you'll get to a higher Badge level

Tiyaga't mahabang-habang pasensya ;)

 Head's up

Brightfort Studios ( formerly Javacool ) has now released new updates to the SpywareBlaster v5.2 security database -- there are now 17285 unique protection signatures into it's database

One can now get the new update by manually checking the program, while paid users should be able to get the update automatically

 NOTE: SpywareBlaster is not a scanner; it is program that serves to block known websites that may cause harm while you surf ( one of many 'first-line' defenses available ); it is a Freeware program that's available to download at the main publisher's site, as well as at reputable downloading hubs

Mozilla has now officially released Firefox v41.0 -- the new update can be accessed and applied via your browser's updating service ( either by auto/manual means ); the offline installer, including all regional translated variants, are available at the main publisher's site -- the EN-US Installer will be available at most reputable downloading hubs

 May standing guide ang CS in regards usage; actually, base sa two rules:

Reference sources
1) ClixSense HelpDesk FAQs -- Can I access my account from different locations?

Quote:...Accessing your account from a different IP address does not put your account in any danger of being closed or suspended. But, you may not share your PC with any other ClixSense member. If our system detects this activity we lock both accounts...

2) ClixSense HelpDesk FAQs -- Can we each have a ClixSense account?

Quote:...To protect the integrity of the ClixSense.com advertising system only one account per household is permitted. This is strictly enforced. Advertisers have paid for unique views of their product/service. To safeguard the value of their advertising dollar the ClixSense Fraud Prevention Department regularly reviews accounts for violations. Any account found to be in violation is suspended and any commissions earned are immediately returned to the advertiser. Again, this policy is strictly enforced and all determinations made by the ClixSense Fraud Prevention Department are final.

Kapag may issue, refer to the HelpDesk via submitting a Ticket

sdmoonchild wrote: How are people getting referrals for here?? I don't know how to get referrals and Facebook will not allow me to post my link

FB has some issues in regards to linking to PTC-sites ( some forums other than CS have been discussing this for quite some time, and some of those discussions can be very heated )

Now in regards to getting Referrals, you can try other outlets like creating your own blog post; there are a lot of site that will allow users to create their own site ranging from a few dollars to literally nothing ( but do make sure you read their ToS very carefully -- the fine print words will get you if one's not cautious enough  )

Another way is the Old-School Way, and that means: (a) word-of-mouth -- talk with friends, associates, drinking buddies, old batchmates, your ex's; (b) handing out mini-flier/calling cards that have your CS Link ( that has been miniaturized by using services like TinyURL ) and just being active

Or... you can try this:

Step One -- You need to be alone; this must be done in the quiet part of your home, or a rented apartment; if you can sneak into an abandon factory or school building, while making sure no one can follow you inside, the better

Step Two -- You'll need several yards of leather strips, four nails, chalk, two white candles and your soul -- form a circle with the strips of leather, making sure that these are fastened with the four nails ( don't ask me how, just figure it out ) then trace a triangle within the circle of leather straps starting from the east; once this is done, light the two candles ( white candles only, this is not a birthday party ) on either side of the triangle. Please do make sure have no metal in your pockets, or wearing anything metallic, or there will be dire consequences

Now, Step Three -- Once you are sure that you are absolutely alone, begin your prayer ( NOTE: Due to the content which may be offensive to some of the members, and that it may not be allowed to be posted at all, I'll just post some of the excerpts; you'll have to figure out the rest ) The prayer would begin as:

"Emperor Lucifer, Master and Prince of Rebellious Spirits..."

If a Presence does appear when you're halfway through the chant or afterwards, waste no time -- get straight-to-the-point -- no small-talk and definitely don't think your soul is worth all of Midas Gold; don't ever try to make the Presence angry -- pissing it off will make the contract bad, very bad -- so, remember: you can get your referrals, any amount from any country, from the Presence for at least ten years, nothing more -- if you try to add anything outlandish or over-the-top along with your request for free referrals will also get you even worse

Also, remember that making a Pact is a deal that seals your soul -- no returns, no exchanges, no voids or warranties; no amount of holy water, prayers or chants will save you after the contract is completed

Well, guess there's your options -- good luck having your referrals

Mon Sep 21, 2015 07:14 in General Talk

 Head's up -- Three new updates for this week has been spotted:

Adobe has now made multiple updates -- Adobe Flash for both (a) IE and (b) Non-IE browsers is now at v19.0.0.185, and (c) AIR is now at v19.0.0.190

:!: NOTE: Please take note that due to the recent moves of Adobe sending online requests to some downloading hubs, you can only get the said updates at the main site directly -- most downloading hubs will provide a link -- and, when you do go to the main publisher's site to download the new updates, please be very attentive on what you may be clicking on ( it has been known that some main publishers would bundle third-party installers with their products -- such in the earlier cases of Adobe bundling McAfee components with most of their products )

Firefox Crash report in my PC » Post #3

Fri Sep 11, 2015 01:36 in General Talk

If you feel like the Firefox Crash Reporter has being a chore to see ( if not, short of being annoying ) here's how you can disable it:

First, you'll need to log out of your online accounts, because you'll be required to restart the browser -- make sure you have safely logged out

Done? Ok, here we go--

a) In the Firefox browser, press ALT+T ( this opens the Tools Menu ) and click on Options
b) In Options, go to Advanced -- at the General section, uncheck everything except the "Check my spelling as I type"
c) Now go to the Data Choices section, and uncheck both options

Now that's done, time to make sure to stop the Crash Reporter from appearing:

d) Open a new tab, then type ABOUT:CONFIG ( Note, a system prompt screen will appear -- confirm the click on "I'll be careful" to proceed )
e) Inside the Config screen, right-click and create a Integer entry -- label this as moz_crashreporter_disable and set the entry field as 0 ( zero )

 Details of the steps D and E can be seen at the Mozilla Database, seen at: Mozilla Crash Reporter - MozillaZine Knowledge Base

Once you're done, close the Firefox browser, give it a couple of seconds, then restart

With more than a week before Patch Tuesdays -- the official week where Microsoft releases security updates for all Windows users, they have released an Optional update -- KB3092627

The issue stemmed from users that had issues with errors leading from the Symantec End Point Protection Small Business Edition, so the update may depend if you have a product/gear that supports the related software ( In other words: if you don't have the said software in relation to Symanatec, don't install it since it's an optional component )

**Side-note: On the related Tech blog reference link, scrool down and look for the link that labeled by the author as Answers Forum Post, since it couldn't be linked properly -- it is almost 4pages long so the issue is ongoing for some users

Pag nag-click ka na ang ad, at nag-open na ang timer window -- don't shift to another window -- either masyadong mabilis kasa pag-click ( offset clicking ), or nag-focus ang browser window mo

Just check by tapping/clicking on the ad window to make sure you stay in the ad, and no where else
