No issues pag nag-transfer ka from one internet provider to a new one; basta if you feel unsure, you can submit a HelpDesk Ticket and inform the Staff that you are now using a new connection ( alternatively, they'll know since you are still using the same device to log into CS and accomplish your earnings )

Now, in regards to your filing a complaint of service to your previous internet provider -- create an Escalated Ticket; if you have the Ticket number of your filed complaint, you can inform the agent of a new Escalated ticket -- just make sure to note down (a) the time you created the new ticket, (b) the agent who is handling your ticket, (c) every small detail about the transaction ( ang tono ng boses ng agent, attitude nya while handling the call, etc )

correct! super init talaga ngayon.. parang ngayon lang nagsisimula ang summer..
