What you're referring to is the rare Extend Ad, which is $0.02 in value -- this ad, the biggest valued, appears when an advertiser requests/creates for, and can be geo-targeted to suit their needs -- and when I mention it being "rare", it's because only a few advertisers do offer this for us ( the clickers ) to view

So, until there be more advertisers are available to offer their ads -- only then more ads come for all us to view

Til then, just make sure to check your View Ads tab from time-to-time and/or install the ClixAddon so you can get a notification of a new ad/offer/survey/Task rather than occasionally pressing F5

I don't think this would be a good move:

For (1) -- Terminating your account then re-opening it under the reason that your Sponsor isn't helping, and that you have just recently joined ( March 2015 ) can put you under Staff scrutiny

For (2) -- see above in regards to terminating then re-activating a new account; in any case, anything related to Tasks is under CrowdFlower, not ClixSense

Getting a Premium does not mean that you'll be getting more ads -- but there are ads that are specifically targeted for Premium Users -- a Premium is best when you have a lot of referrals ( where the dividends are much higher compared to Standard Users ) and that Premium users have a better table ( see My Account: Premium Account - ClixSense )

Para maka-sulit ka ng Premium, best is to use the ClixSense add-on, and try to log in many times in a day ( hindi kailangan na naka-logged in ka 24hrs, since ads will just randomly appear depending on the advertiser )

Also, don't just depend on ads to earn -- there are other opportunities like Tasks and Surveys/Offers that also reflect for Premium users
