Maraming sites ay nag-ooffer ng free web pages ( sorry, can't give direct links, but always use the search engines using a few keywords like "Free web page" or "Free web site" ), para makapag-simula ka sa Blogging -- but make sure na basahin mo muna ang ToS ( Terms of Service ) ng maiigi nila bago mag-sign up at gamitin ang services nila

Let's just say that some of these free web-hosting sites have a clause that's worth a second look at
