Pag may nakita kang Not Found na status message, try mo i-enable ang cookies sa browser mo; kung ginagamit mo ang Firefox Browser, check mo sa Options, then go check the tab na Privacy -- dapat ang status ng Accept Third-party Cookies ay Always

Aside from that, check kung may mga plug-ins/add-ons ka sa browser mo na nag-prevent sa viewing mo ng Tasks

If your potential referral wants to delete his/her account, it's fine as per proadco's quote; this can also be seen at: ClixSense HelpDesk FAQs -- How do I close my account? but that's if your referral doesn't want to continue using ClixSense and its services anymore

Instead: it would be best to inform the HelpDesk Staff so they can help you and your referral; rather than deleting his/her account then re-opening a new one could cause some issues of him/her being flagged for Identity Fraud ( -- falling under the use of multiple accounts, thus may suspend your potential referral )
