the thing I've noticed about these ads/offers is that they don't tell you exactly what it is you have to do to earn this kind of money .. but they do go on and on about how great it is - and never really tell you much at all

another thing , if they're so wonderful, why are they using such a low paying advertising system?

so one realizes it's mostly marketers that are trying to make a buck

and no , I've never tried em , so I'd be happy to see at least one that lived up to the claims

if you have not made that amount it's up to you if you want to report it
