Halloween: Resurrection. Once again, I let the BBC tell me what to watch, and once again, it's just complete crap.

I know horror films are renowned for bad acting, but this was more wooden than the school nativity play.

I can't think of a way to describe the plot, not because it was deep and complicated, but because "Michael Myers on reality TV" is the entire plot, so becomes a spoiler.

So, in a nutshell, people who can't act, with a plot that doesn't exist, read a script that doesn't work, and once again, a little part of the viewer dies inside.

Friends, Anyone know about Domains? » Post #5

One can even setup wildcard DNS. That is
Code: Select All
*.mywebsite.com A 12.34.56.78
and let the server handle the subdomains. This gives you infinitely many. SNI may break in some browsers with wildcard DNS. This also lets you completely ignore the character lengths in RFC 2181, though again, some browsers may complain.

Yeah, but international standards day is celebrated on October 14th every year, except the United States where it's held on the 23rd.

You can have 63 characters in a subdomain, and each character can be one of 26 letters, so 26^63 + 26^62 + 26^61... is the limit. One can also use punycode to increase the limit further.

Edit - no, I'm wrong. That's the technical limit. In reality, bind only allows 16777216 entries per zone.

That's if you're self-hosted. If you're on shared hosting, it's more likely you'll have a limit between 0 and 5.

Erotic Nights Of The Living Dead.

I know you've all seen it, but I win the obscure film award, because nobody else is going to admit it.

It's a shame halloween and daylight savings aren't on the same day. There's nothing more evil than visiting friends on daylight savings day, and changing all their clocks to double the daylight savings.
