When you take a survey, there is a random string that appears to be a hash. It's actually a coded message, encrypted with the Vigenère autokey cipher. The key is a random section of the hash in the survey URLs. You need to find this key, and decode the message. Once you have this message, you must select the appropriate boxes in the clixgrid, where column 1 = a, column 2 = b, etc and column 27 = 0, column 28 = 1, etc to spell out the word in your encrypted string.
That's day one.
On day two, you get a different encrypted string, this time using the Playfair cipher. The key is a random eight letter sequence from your username. If you have less than eight characters in your username, the name is padded by repetitions of "xyzzy". Once you have your key, decrypt the string, and once again, select the appropriate boxes in clixgrid where column 1 = a, etc.
The tricky part is discovering which day is day one, and which day is day two. This is based on the moon cycle of Jupiter. Jupiter has 67 moons. Like ours, from the surface, on any given day, you can see a proportion of any given moon from 0 (no moon) to 100% (full moon). On days when the number of full moons is divisible by 4, you should undertake day one actions. On days when the number of full moons is divisible by 6, you should take day two actions. On days when the number of full moons is divisible by four and six, you must undertake both days actions.
On days when the number of moons is divisible by four, six and also happens to be a prime number, the daily winnings on the Clixgrid are multiplied by a thousand, giving a maximum daily prize of $10,000
