Yes, free internet paid for by selling your personal information to the highest bidder, letting governments casually spy on their citizens making anything the Stasi or Gestapo did pale into insignificance. Definitely a good thing. Definitely the best example ever of humans learning from history. There's no way this is ever going to be misused by anyone.

I weep for my species sometimes, I really do.

If it makes you feel any better, my Doctor died twenty years ago now, and it's never been the same since.

Wait...five nights at freddies is your benchmark?

I can run that on a £200 laptop...on Debian via WINE with the free graphics driver, and without even turning off KDE composting. You don't need a $2,000 rig for that (and, in fact, you'll alienate half your potential customers if you set minimum requirements too high, especially for an Indie game from an unknown developer...)

For development purposes, I can compile Wesnoth in about twenty minutes, with all the boost and SDL crap that comes with it. That's on a crappy HP 255 G3. No need for a top end box.

Flash is dead. Sure, it's a slow, whiny death, but it's dead. It's not even supported on Linux anymore in any meaningful way - and that's a big deal when you consider Android.

One should only be making flash games if they already know flash. If you have to learn something, you should be learning to make HTML5 games.

I was in court today facing charges of telling bad jokes.

I was ordered to pay punitive damages.

I can't tell you who to trust, but I can strongly advise you to use a calculator before making investments that are insane in the mind.

I went to the bakers earlier and bought a loaf from the red headed guy behind the counter.

Was he the gingerbread man?

Mahatma Gandhi walked barefoot most of the time, which produced an impressive set of calluses on his feet. He also ate very little, which made him rather frail and, with his odd diet, he suffered from bad breath. This made him a super calloused fragile mystic hexed by halitosis.

The king moves one square, and can't stand next to anybody, or he dies.

I was walking past the alphabet spaghetti factory earlier. One of the machines had broken, and had made too many of one letter. The guy throwing them away saw me coming, and started throwing all these S's at me.

That was a pretty nasty excess S attack.

If you will insist on giving actual tips, then clixgrid is the best way to get referrals. The downside is it's somewhat difficult to get Clixsense referrals from there...

A policeman knocked on my door in the early hours.

"Oh my God, what is it? My daughter is late home. Oh God, no. Please, no."

He said, "I'm sorry sir, there's been a terrible accident."

Sobbing, I asked, "What is it?"

"We've knocked on the wrong door."
