And if you translate it through a translator (like Google) then it results in some many spelling and grammatical errors.

As long as you can understand English, I don't see why people complain about English being used in the Hindi forum.
If you have problems with English, you are more than welcome to type in Hindi. Just mention it that you want a reply in Hindi and you will get it.

Yes, in this case you'll get the bonus. Your referral may have earned $0.99 and if you upgrade to Premium, then that referral needs to earn just 1 more cent to earn you the $0.50 bonus.
You must be a Premium member before your referral earns his first $1 to get the 50 cents sign up bonus.
