Premium members used to get 450-500 welcome ads immediately after upgrading when ClixSense had the old layout (before March, 2011).
So those blogs have not been updated yet because right now there are no welcome ads but welcome "ad-credits" with every upgrade.

I don't see it. Maybe its just for US members.

Surveys are mostly geo-targeted and you need to qualify for them.
I have been personally checking SSI, GiveUYour2Cents and OpinionSurveys everyday for the past month I have managed to get just 3 surveys. While writing this, I see that SSI has a survey for me so you might want to check them.

Edit : They asked me 2 questions - my gender and my age. I entered them correctly and unfortunately the survey was not targeted for me
I'd still recommend everyone to keep trying daily.

From what I understand, there could be 2 reasons for that message.
1. Could be there are no tasks available.
2. Could be that your accuracy rate has fallen due to which there are no available task for you.

Payza (previously known as Alertpay) now no longer allows exchanges. There are a lot of other exchangers which allow you to exchange between Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, Global Digital Pay and Solid Trust Pay.

I never heard about that website before you mentioned it. Its not legally allowed to exchange funds between PayPal and any other processor (which is mentioned in 3(h) ) but you can do it privately say with a friend who you trust.

I guess people exchange currencies on ExchangeZone privately so thats why most people haven't got caught.
If PayPal catches you doing exchanges, your account will definitely be limited probably permanently.
Don't you wonder why no exchanger offers PayPal exchanges ? They definitely would have if it was allowed by PayPal.
