It all depends on the advertisers. How much they buy and also various other factors like Demographic filter, Gender filter and Premium filter.

Some days you might lots of ads while there might be days where you may just get a few.

I don't think there is any solution for Maestro Card.

Btw, what logo does your Debit Card have? Is it MasterCard, Visa or Maestro ?

Do you have an account with HDFC Bank or Kotak Mahindra ? They offer VCCs which you can probably use with PayPal or Google Checkout.
