If you would have read the
User Agreement and the upgrade comparison page I provided above, before purchasing the upgrade you wouldn't be here with such silly statements.
You are lucky that ClixSense has a refund policy unlike other PTC programs. If it hasn't been 21 days since you upgraded your account, you can ask for a refund by opening a support ticket.

And as an advice, please go through the Terms and Conditions in future. Not just here but anywhere else.
