Same here. Completed the same survey 3 times. While completing the third one, I knew the question even before it was asked
$0.93 and $0.67 from Sampilicio.us and $0.85 from OpinionWorld.

And to add a cherry on top of it, I also managed to complete the same survey on another GPT site. Its really weird I must say because surveys will automatically detect it through IP addresses an cookies if you have completed the same survey previously or not.
