Refering to the extract quoted from the User Agreement. Assuming the referrals in the downline, did not request for a change of sponsor, the earnings from the referrals (between the account closed for inactivity until the reopening of the account), will this portion of the earnings still be credited to the sponsor or is it being forfeited as part of the initial closure of the account?

If your account is inactive, then you will earn nothing from your referrals' activity. When you reactivate your account, you start from zero. From the day of reactivation, you will start earning from your referrals' activity.

Inactivity - If your account should go to inactive status (90 days with no logins), ClixSense will consider the account abandoned and closes it. All funds in the account will be forfeited and the balance zeroed. If you reopen this account the balance that was reclaimed will not be credited back. Any referrals or ad credits that are in your account when it's closed for inactivity will remain in the account. While this account is inactive, any referrals in your downline may request to change their sponsor. If you reactivate your account these referrals who left your downline will not be assigned back, they are lost.
