The fees are deducted on ClixSense itself so it will not show on the PayPal transaction.

This is really difficult to tell since the number of ads fluctuate daily. Also it depends on whether your referrals are upgraded or not since upgraded members get more guaranteed ads as well as Premium targeted ads.

Then there are commissions from referral upgrades, purchases, tasks and offers too. So if you take all that into consideration, its pretty much impossible to tell.

No. ClixSense does not compensate you for playing the games. ClixSense games are for your enjoyment only.

What they gave you is a start-up kit. Don't use the card, meaning don't activate it by using it in an ATM. Simply ask the bank to give you a personalised card which has your name printed.
They cannot deny nor charge you if you haven't used the original card which came in the start-up kit.

HDFC Bank offered me the same start-up kit but I refused their card, asking them to issue me a personalised card which has my name printed. I wasn't charged anything for the new card.

BTW, ICICI Bank has some nice cards, some of which have amazing features. Be sure to check on the fees and the enrolment and annual charges.

There are several ways for you to earn money with ClixSense. First is by viewing advertisements. You earn commissions for every ad you see. The amount per ad ranges from $0.001 and up to $0.02.

Other ways you can earn from ClixSense is through promoting others to ClixSense with your affiliate program. You earn downline click commissions, upgrade commissions and a commission from your referrals's purchases. The amount you make all depends on your account status (Premium or Regular).

Premium members earn higher downline click commissions from their direct referrals, are entered into an 8 level affiliate program for premium upgrades and earn higher signup commissions. Click here to find out more.

You can also earn additional commissions by completing tasks, offers, participating in surveys and winning in ClixGrid.

The reason I put up that list is to compare how many countries had no other option other than Checks when Payza was an option on ClixSense, and now when it isn't.

I made a list back in October 2012 when Payza suspended their services in UK.
The list was to compare the restricted countries on Payza and Neteller. Although Neteller is not an option on ClixSense since its based in USA, you can see the common countries are highlighted in orange to make it easier.

* Please use the below list only the compare the restricted countries between Payza and Paytoo.
Lets not get into Neteller as there is no point discussing about it.
