You only earn $1 per upgrade from your referrals on Levels 2 to 8, that too only if you are a Premium member.
You do not earn anything from clicks , tasks, offers from referrals on Levels 2 to 8.

Got to your Profile and Settings page.

On the right hand column, select your preferred choice.

For PayPal and Payza, you need $6 as a Premium member and $8 as a Standard member in your account before you can request a cashout.
For Checks its $100.

When you have it, you will see a cashout button beside your account balance on your account summary page.

You will have to install a browser that supports flash if you want to click ads from your iPad.
Install Puffin Browser (since it supports flash) and use that to browse and click ads on ClixSense and it should work.

Received = Total hits the ad got including repeats (sometimes members might get the same ad twice in the same server day when playing ClixGrid).

Unique = Repeat hits are not included in this.

CPC = Cost Per Click
If you paid $1 and your ad got 100 hits then your cost per click would be : $0.01

iOS 7 is also coming this fall with a completely new design. It really looks very cartoonish to me and I am not sure if I will like the new design.
What I personally like is the Control Center, Air Drop, Find my iPhone activation lock, automatic app updates and the new interactive weather app.

Got to your Profile and Settings page.

On the right hand column, check which option is selected. If its not PayPal or Payza then the cashout button will not appear because Check payments have higher minimum thresholds.
