Upgrade Referral to PREMIUM gives you the option to upgrade your direct referrals for a reduced price of $15. You will NOT receive the upgrade commission that you would normally get when a referral upgrades on their own for the regular price. Your referral will be notified by email and his account upgraded for a full year once your payment is completed.

The upgrade price is $17 but since you are upgrading your referral yourself, it makes no sense for you to pay $17 and ClixSense then paying you $2 commission. Which is why the upgrade price is reduced to $15. The other uplines (levels 2-8) will still earn a commission.

This is not a "bux" site. You cannot buy or rent referrals here.
To get referral credit, you will actually have to refer someone.

It depends on what kind of surveys are available and to whom they are targeted.
Last year I got a decent number of surveys from SSI. So far this year, I have got just one till now

Hopefully, Darkstar2 can give some more insight as he is an expert in these matters. I will request him to make a post here.

Is it happening on SSI surveys?

Depending on the type of survey, there is a pre-screening test to see if you meet the requirements for the survey or not.
For example, the survey might be for people between 35 to 40 years who drink coffee. So they will ask you a set of questions prior to the survey to see if you qualify for it or not.
